Day 3!

  • Clementine for breakfast
  • Lean Cuisine (210 calories)
  • And I’m going to go to the gym right now so I’ll update laterrrr



I’d love to see myself from a boy’s perspective.


Day 2 so far.

  • Had a clementine for breakfast.
  • Had a lean cuisine for lunch (270 calories). It was super filling and I realize that next time I need to split it up into portions. Maybe only eat half for lunch.
  • Today’s going good so far. I gotta do some cardio. Going to hit the treadmill for at least half an hour.
  • So far, it’s been good today! SGD is totally do-able.

UPDATE:

  • Had an orange & three peanuts. So hard to not eat especially since my daddy was cooking my favorite foods. 
  • Stayed under the limit again!

    Tips/Suggestions, please?

    During the SGD how do I deal with alcohol? I’m a college student in the city and am staying here during spring break. I only had one shot tonight but what am I going to do for St. Patty’s Day? Help! Please!


    Day 1!

    • I need to get a digital scale. I was going to go home today but decided to spend the night in my dorm so I guess I’ll get one tomorrow. I need one!!
    • I ate a clementine in the morning.
    • I chewed 3 sticks of gum throughout the day = 15 calories.
    • I didn’t keep track of the amount of water I had, but I really need to. I plan on drinking at least 4 glasses in the morning 4 in the evening.
    • I had one shot of tequila. My friends and I went to this restaurant where we always order pitchers of margaritas. It was the first time I’ve actually stayed sober and not drown in margaritas. I drank water the whole time, avoided the chips and salsa, and with some support from my new tumblr friend, I only had one shot! I was so proud of myself.
    • I need to start going to the gym. I have to get over my fear. I’m glad I got to walk around campus for an hour and a half though. I ned to do more. 
    • Besides the lack of exercise I could have done, I think I did good. I’m proud of staying under the limit. I gotta keep this determined to be able to stick with this diet!!!
